DEPOSIT

A $100 deposit is required for all bookings during the time of booking. Deposits are made to book and confirm the studio and your photo session. Deposits are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling the day of requires a new deposit and a $50 cancelation fee. Clients are allowed ONE reschedule within a month of the original photoshoot for an additional rescheduling fee. Rescheduling fees MUST be paid before the booking of your new shoot date.

TURN AROUND

The turn around time for photo proofs is 24-48 hours after the photoshoot. The turn around for basic high end edits is 7-14 business days. Creative edits can take up to 14 days to complete depending on the type of edit and the amount of images. You are able to get your photos rushed for an additional cost.

LATE

If you are over 15 minutes late , your photoshoot may be rescheduled by Kiilei or you will be required to to pay a $25 late fee.

TRAVELING

Kiilei is available to travel for an additional fee. Please mention this in your inquiry email if it pertains to your session.

PAYMENT

Cash, Zelle, and tap to pay are the ONLY acceptable forms of payment. CASH APP & APPLE PAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. An invoice will be sent to your email once the payment has been made and the photoshoot has been completed.
